This includes the procedures and training services performed, the tasks to be completed for the next meeting, and the next planned meeting date. We provide you a copy of these minutes so we’re always on the same page.

We follow up to make sure we’re achieving the agreed results. By checking in with you after we meet, we keep a clear communication line open for feedback. This helps us provide prompt attention to any areas of improvement that need to be addressed.
